Missing box

I emailed last week because I received my boxy charm premium box, but not my luxe box. I received an email stating I would get a confirmation email when my box ships. this does not give me any information. I also, after I paid for my monthly subscriptions, purchased some add ons. my add ons have shipped since, and still no word on my Luxe box. I am losing my patience and would like to know when I will receive my luxe box with my confirmed selections. If I do not get a clear answer regarding my box, I will cancel all of my subscriptions and request a refund for my missing box. thank you! Angela Henderson

I placed orders during pop up sale in October and November and I still haven't got my October monthly box and October and November pop up sale orders neither they sent me any tracking information.and customer service pathetic no number to contact upon, they never reply to emails so please save your money and subscribe better monthly boxes like birchbox and ipsy.

Zero Customer Service! I did not receive any kind of correspondence from Boxycharm with regard to their mistake. Im a subscriber to all their boxes but not for long.

Cancellation issue

I have canceled two months ago and its continuing to charge my bank. I cancelled because of hard times right now and I can not afford it. That being said it never stop taking it out of my bank which I dont have money in so it went into overdraft frees because it kept trying over an over each months racking it up leaving me owning in overdraft fees 165.00. Together. I have emailed numerous time nothing has been done still. This needs to be fixed right almost made right and pay my overdraft fees back.

I have sent several emails in regards to missing my box for the past 3 months . This morning I was billed again for June and still havent received March , April and May .
