Your company is incompetent and expecting me to pay to resolve the issue demonstrates how despicable and contemptuous your company is. I want to speak to a human and not have to pay to resolve the issue. Is Boxycharm capable of such a reasonable yet impossible remedy with your company?

I signed up on the 27th of April and I got charged for $27 for the first time signing up so I check my bank account today and it's saying that I got charged $27 again so does that mean I'm going to get to boxycharms or just one because why am I getting charged twice I'm only going to get one this month thats was my question that I wanted to get answered

Answerrr I want my money back

Youll never answer the calls you guys are fraud and Ive been getting charged and not receiving my box Ive had to pay for 4 months and havent received a box Im pretty pissed of and every time I try to log in to cancel my subscription it says my account has been disabled but yet you guys keep getting your money but I cant cancel and I dont even get a box that Im being charged

No one will answer the telephone listed. For MONTHS I've vpaid for Body Charge and received NO packages. They were not stolen as I have security cameras. No one vwill help me. Please call me at (302) 613-8579...My name is Karin DoliGiovanni.

I’ve been trying to get my box cancelled and they say my email is not with any account and it’s the only email I use and I haven’t received a ever but they keep charging my account and every time I try to log in and to cancel my subscription it won’t allow me to log in

I set up my account last week & got charged. Then yesterday got charged as well.. $52 in a week?

When I set up my account on 4/28/20 & got charged the normal $26 right away, then yesterday 4/30/20 got charged again. $52 in less than a week? for my first time using you guys too.. Please contact me asap I just want to make sure I get my moneys worth. Thank you so much for your time.

Missing boxes that I've been charged for

I I was charged at the beginning of the month of April and NEVER received my box! This morning they charged me for the month of May and I’m still waiting to get answers as to what happened... I love the company overall, but this situation is one I don’t take lightly.

This is the 5th or 6th time Ive had issues with bodycharm. They take over a week to reply to email, NEVER responded to Instagram. They dont even attempt to resolve any issue with subscription or even missing/damaged products. No phone number available. Not one customer service rep has offered to resolve a case beyond apologizing that she cant help.

User's recommendation: If quality service is important to you, try literally any other box.
