Verified BuyerNot getting boxes, but charging me 42.99 a month
I have moved in the beginning of July and havent received any boxes since moving! I changed my address in my boxy profile to my current location!
When I sign into my account its saying that I dont have any active subscriptions but Im getting charged 42.99 each month and havent been able to speak to anyone about the problem!!! The customer service phone number doesnt allow you to speak to anyone, it just tells you to go support.boxycharm.com.
Ive been charged July, August, and now September w out receiving any boxes! I loved boxycharm but Im considering cancelling my membership because I havent received any help regarding my concerns!!!
