I cancelled after being charged twice within two days of each other. I have been charged THREE times since cancelling.
My credit card company is disputing charges as they come. I am so fed up with BC as I've tried repeatedly to email/contact them to no avail. Their phone message says their message box is full. I will NEVER recommend this service.
I'm happy for those who have not had a bad experience. The disputes are ongoing and I have gone back to their site to change/edit my card number and so will see if this impedes any more charges from them.
Buyers Beware of BoxyCharm. No respect for their consumers.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $42.
