My first month was smooth sailing! They sent me a box, name brand items, I loved it!
This month, they tried to charge me for a box, like I agreed. They sent me the tracking number saying it was shipped. When you click the tracking number it doesn’t exist. I checked on ups, FedEx, and USPS and the tracking number exists no where.
Now I wait for the lengthy email process. It’s been 5 days since it shipped.
The tracking number should work. I’m very annoyed and if it’s not sorted, I’m cancelling and disputing.
