They sent me a face palette (the most anticipated item in the box) that didn’t cater to my skin tone. I’ve sent 3 emails over the past 5 days with no response.
If they can’t cater to their customers then they shouldn’t include a skin specific item. Why did we fill out our beauty profile? Why did I upgrade to luxe? It’s a joke.
I’m ending my subscription. They made no effort to make this right
