This is my second time contacting them regarding still not receiving my package. I have been charged for it almost a month ago and I have not received it and it is completely unacceptable for the company to charge me so far ahead of time and not receive what I ordered.
Im not interested in staying with a company this continues to happen with and this issue needs to be fixed. Its already bad enough this is the only way to contact the company. I have loved getting my box in the beginning and now I dont even look forward to it because of the constant shipping issues and the change in charge.
I havent even gotten my Box and I'm about to be charged for another one? I would like something done about this and I would like to be contacted but that has yet to happen either UUGGHHHH
