I made a order mistake by subscribing to the 6 month when I wanted the monthly instead. I would like to change my subscribe to a monthly and would like my refund of what was taken out of my card but I would like to pay for the 25$ For the monthly.

My box wasn’t received and a rep told me that I didn’t include all my card information but my card was charged on November 4th already. It is the 12th I am very disappointed with your company because I’m not receiving something that I already paid for!! I’m attaching a screenshot showing my bank account where I was charged.

My box wasn't delivered | Boxycharm

I have notification that box was delivered but there is nothing in my mailbox nor on my porch. I arrived home at 3:10pm and checked my box to find nothing. My notification said delivered at 2:52 pm 11/08/19. I calles the local PO and they are investigating and will call me back.

The mail person actually has a device that takes a pic of the package when and where it was scanned. Hopefully the PO will figure it out.

They no answer, the time is running and I want to know what will happened if they will do something about it, cause I have 3 subscriptions and I think I deserve a better attention and concern, cause I need to know if I will stay in this subscription, this is no cheap at all and I have nothing that I wanted , the reason a got all the subscriptions was the palettes you said I will get for free if a returned with my subscription after I canceled and you didn’t and neither the premium box that I wanted! this is completely frustrating!!!!!
