I made a order mistake by subscribing to the 6 month when I wanted the monthly instead. I would like to change my subscribe to a monthly and would like my refund of what was taken out of my card but I would like to pay for the 25$ For the monthly.

October boxycharm was stolen

Someone lied to the postal carrier and stole my October boxycharm. It took until October 14, 2019 for them to reach out to me And let me know I would be allowed one replacement. It's October 19, 2019 Five days and my replacement box has yet to ship. For all that hassle and those same generic responses they could've just refunded my money! They have good products but they are way to unprofessional in the way they handle customer service.

Agree! Their customer service is no good either.

I was on a 6 mo and it’s not in my budget to continue. They don’t care.

They said - well you should have read the fine print. And still charged me.

Charms only exist for subscribers, had you ordered before canceling you should have been fine, but you canceled first. That was your mistake not the company.
