New ReviewerUpdate (a month later) Still no boxes and still getting confusing emails on them looking into this issue. I really hate this company and wouldn’t recommend it just based on this whole thing.
Two months since my boxypopup order and I still don’t hAve my products.
Which I spent about $100. Never have I had this happen with a company.
So I ordered three boxes from BoxyPopUp. Which was the last week on November for some Christmas presents.
Tracking information was sent and after the first week of December the package seemed to be in transit for awhile. Contacted them several times and left very detailed emails on my issue of not recovering my boxes and the response emails never even addressed my boxes except for about the fifth email where they proceed to tell me it’s not their problem that the package was lost but to contact fed ex or usps. But in the email I sent originally if they clearly read it correctly, they’d known I had contacted fed ex and usps who confirmed they never even received the package and to contact boxy charm.
So now it’s Christmas and i don’t have my gifts and boxy charm has seemed to beat around the bush for a month and doesn’t care that as the customer I didn’t do anything either! Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
BoxyCharm Pros: Good products, Mix of skincare and makeup.
BoxyCharm Cons: Delivery takes forever, Joke customer service, Scammed.
