Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I canceled a 6 month gift subscription on Nov.

2nd. I got an email confirming my cancelation same day. Kept checking online to make sure it was canceled, seemed so. Come to find out, it wasn't.

I only knew this because the recipient told me after 2 months that she was still getting it. So i write them and here is what they tell me. Even though I had canceled on Nov. 2nd.

They did not PROCESS my cancelation til Nov. 3rd, making me one day late to cancel. So they charged me $120 more dollars and won't refund it. I have an email FROM THEM saying I canceled on the 2nd.

Does this make sense? I will never do business with them again.

They are frauds. I hope they go out of business.
