So I signed up for boxy charm the end of September they sent me an email welcoming me and what not then another one just letting me know once I’m off the waitlist what days they take the money like what days it renews .. so I signed into my account just to get a feel for it and when I get on it still wants me to subscribe to the subscriptions even tho I already did then when I go to my account it says I don’t have a subscription yet.

But I got an email with proof.. could it be where I’m on a waitlist.? And why am I still on a waiting list this long .

I’ve tried sending an email cause when I contacted them on Facebook they told me to send an email I can’t get any help anywhere I’m feeling frustrated do I need to re do it .? Help

I've had boxycharm for a year and it always says that


You do not need to done anything but wait , if you keep trying to sign up you will be thrown to the back of the waiting list and lose whatever current spot your in now . You are already on the wait list and because of only being on the wait list you do not have an active subscription yet , once you are off the wait list and charged it will change to you having an active subscription . In the future if you need to contact boxycharm you do so through their faq page where it says contact us , if no response after 3 days try emailing directly to


Hi! I’m having the same problem, and my friend just told me that she got taken off the waitlist even though she signed up before me.

I tried emailing days ago and I get nothing.

My next option is calling I guess . I’m frustrated
