I got a notification on july 10th that my boxycharm has shipped and i was super excited to receive it. i forgot about it and checked my email again to see what had happened to it. the tracking information shows it delivered on july 14th but it was not. im not sure what to do now. i know it has been 2 weeks since the "delivery" but i always receive it on time and it never goes missing.

Ive been a long time member and always recommend it to other people, i need help figuring out what happened to it.

The same thing has happened to me so I Googled to see if anyone else has experienced this, so I could see if there was resolution or dissapointment ahead of me. I email them after checking with neighbors and the post office and of course, the neighbors don't have it ( I live in a bad neighborhood and most of my neighbors are women so I won't hold my breath on getting my box back if they have it).

Service told me to do the things I already did (I want my box and I knew they would tell me that in the first place) so I e mail them back, telling them that I've already done this. I had ordered other items as well so I'm very upset over this and I do not have very much hope on a happy resolution and my gut instinct is always right.
