They keep lying to me and saying its on its way in multiple emails. Finally I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau.
They then sent me an email with a tracking number. Come to find out the tracking number for FED EX is FAKE!!! What the *** is going on???? Why are they doing this.
They say weather is the problem but there are no weather issues. I would really love to be able to call someone or have them send me an email that is not automated.
