I have emailed time and time again it’s about to be November and I still have not received my October box I should not be charge for my November box with my October box is still not gotten here I either want my subscription canceled Or I want at least half off my November box this is insane on top of everything I ordered Matcha green tea mask and I got one out of three you guys told me you guys ran out and I received charmer points and everything sold out there too so it’s just ridiculous I don’t want charmer points I don’t wanna pick something that’s in my box I want some type of compensation in regards to the next box I get what would be my November box and I want at least half off of it or just unsubscribe me. I Planned on upgrading to Boxyluxe this month and then all of this happens and I can’t even get a response from you guys it’s ridiculous.

I should note that they sent me a confirmation for a box replacement but that was two weeks ago and I still have yet to receive the box. and it’s basically November but I’m sure you guys will have no problem charging my account on the first for my November box
