BoxyCharm - Not receiving merchandise
I order them for my grandaughter. She moved her mom had put in a change of address to the United States postal service As of Sept 1, 2017 she did not received September thru December boxs .
I have tried to email text and call them with no returns on anything so I did a stop payment to them in December. I want my money back for 4 mounts or the boxycharm. This is bad Business . My grandaughter name is Jocelyn Tarango and the money comes out of Teresa Tarango bank account.
I have email you text you and tried to call you but no returns of any kind u still tried to take the money out of my account for January. I had already did a stop payment on your company. Please email me at teresa.tarango@***.com or call me 1-92*-275-****.
