My wife canceled her subscription six months ago. We are still being charged every month and we are not receiving any box charm stuff.

I have reached out to my bank and will be trying to get all my money back.

Tried to call customer Support immediately got sent to a voicemail. Nobody has ever called me back.

Hello, I recently received my package from BoxyCharm, but when I opened it, the box was completely empty. Nothing was inside, and I was very disappointed because I was looking forward to the products.

The package arrived sealed, but there were no items included. I am requesting assistance to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I would like to know if I can receive a replacement box or a refund for my order.

I can provide photos of the box and shipping label if needed. Thank you for your time and help with this matter

I received my Boxycharm, and the items that came in are not any items or colors of lipstick that I would use, and I did not find any of these items to my liking. So I would like to ask if you could send me items that I can use.

I have canceled my subscription and you are still charging me. I've been trying to call customer service and I have to go through a bunch of crap.
