Very upset the items I received have never matched up to what was shown. I was doubled charged when I had paid 3 months in advance, so I wasn't supposed 2 b charged again till July!

My first box was not what was expected at all I was supposed to receive an eye shadow pallet for joining- that didnt come in the box. I received a mini curling iron, 3 crazy colored eye shadows and a setting spray. I feel like Ive been taken advantage of because I was late to the party. I joined because my sister does boxy charm her May box included:glam glow face mask, eye primer, eye cream I think, a hair shampoo bar and another item. My box was nothing comparable. I want to give this a try but I feel so taken advantage of right now. How can we make this better

Boxycharm - I've being overcharged

I need to speak with somebody!!!! On May the 16th I was charged for a boxy charm box which I received and liked very much but today June 1st there is 2 charges on my bank account, one is for the Deluxe boxy charm which I’m fine with, but why the second charge for the same amount???? I haven’t even the received the damn Deluxe box yet and you’re already charging me, Twice????Please somebody contact me ASAP, if not I’ll have my bank dispute this charges!!

Ive been charged twice & still havent received one box!! I want to cancel my services since this company is going to charge me for something i havent even received!! I was really excited about this company but now Im very disappointed & dont want to continue if I dont get my money back.

I canceled my subscription in boxi charm I cancel both on Friday 29 so now I see my account and see you take me $74.90 for 3 box base and $26.74 for another box base and $37.45 for premium but i cancel already si i just want my money back thanks Happy

Ive been trying to contact you guys since I received my last bocycharm. I got an allergic reaction to products you sent me. I specially list on my acc that I have very sensitive skin. I also got charged twice for body charm and I dont know why. I want a refund. I would like some more info. I have attached pictures. Please contact me at 956-996-5688. Ive been commenting on your post and have been ignored for several weeks while other people who comment after me get responded to quickly. Im very disappointed. Ive been a charmer for over a year. If this doesnt get fixed I will pursue another way.
