I canceled the regular boxy charm box 2 months ago so I could just get the premium and I keep getting charged for boath .I am getting them boath in the mail but just want the premium...also I can get into my web sight but it won't let me give reviews. Each month I get something in my box that is either been tampered with opened or used I have been with you guys for a little over a year. And each month I put what I want or expect in the box by taking the quiz each month I get something that is not of which I had interest of. Not even popular name brands. Very disappointing as you can check my records I buy a lot of boxes

Dissapointed with box.
So ive been getting my girlfriend these boxes for a long time and this last box was really dissapointing. The shades on the products were all wrong and she refuses to use any of the things in the box because i made her take a survey asking what shades and colors to put in the box and it seems like they took no time to take into consideration any of the items she wanted. This is about the 12th box shes recieved and theyve all been very good untill now.

Not happy with boxy charm.
Since I had boxy charm I have only received one box the rest of the boxes where getting sent to the wrong address god knows where .I didnt get a refund or the boxes I never received nothing back .And I had already spoken to someone from boxy charm person was not helpful at all .If you reach out my email is mimis201****@***.com
