My daughter ordered July's box, and has not received it. They charged her then, for August's box.
She has since cancelled the account, because she cannot afford to continue to pay the monthly fee. She has not received either box. Online it says the July box was delivered, and it shows the tracker for August (tracker received 8 days after it charged her) and says it should deliver on the 18th. She has tried their method of 'email' and found no success.
We found a phone number online, but it is invalid when we call it. We found a 'real' email address, but she received an 'auto-response' looking email. She did use twitter, and received a message back to send an email. They say they will reply within 3 days, but the only response has been generic.
She has received NO help, and NO information.
Is there any way to actually contact boxycharm? Given the reviews I've read, she is not the only one to receive poor customer service.
