BoxyCharm - Shady experience so far
I signed up at the end of December. I never received a confirmation or anything.
I read there was a waitlist, so I assumed I was on it, but an email confirmation that they’d received my order would have been nice. But now I see my card was charged for the January box. I sent a Facebook message and received a response several days later, which was of zero help. I received a response to my email saying that they had two accounts for me, one with my email and one with an email address that was not mine.
I replied asking the second account be cancelled and wondering if I’d receive the January box I’ve been charged for. Still no response and now that it’s almost February, I assume I’m not going to get January’s box. Super frustrating company to deal with, horrible response time/lack of response all together. I’m about to cancel the whole thing, if they’re this big of a joke to deal with on my first order, I don’t feel like putting up with it or giving them any more money.
The fact that they don’t have a customer service number wouldn’t normally bother me, I prefer email correspondence anyway, but considering you can’t get ahold of anyone through email, I find it a little shady. What a joke.
