I'm still waiting for my Boxyluxe for this month. I want to cancel my membership.

I think you are so unorganized. Theres two people that I know who haven't received theirs either. I sent you a email last week and still haven't received a response. Very unprofessional if you ask me.

You were able to process my payment and took my money why can't you take the time to explain what the *** is going on. I'm beyond furious at this point. I've been patient enough the whole month but for you not to try to explain at least why is going on speaks plenty of membership program! I demand a response, I'll be posting my email to social media since you got most of your members through this.
